Linguine with Shellfish and Creole Sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add the wine, mussels and shrimp, cover, and cook until mussels have opened.
  2. Add the tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes, and season to taste.
  3. Add the parsley, and butter, and toss with the linguini.
  4. Plate and serve.
